No one can give you magic settings the best thing you can do is look back at charts and other user data in the #lickhunter-results channel in discord to see what other have had success with.
Is there a minimum balance needed to run the bot
Technically no but you need to be aware of the exchange minimums, many users run test accounts with $50-$100
Can this bot be used on the Testnet?
NO. Testnet price action is not reliable and will not give you the same results as the main net.
